Our Orange Cardamom salami (formerly known as Agrumi) is bright and lighter than your average salami. With hints of orange and cardamom, it is one of our core favorites, now sliced for and ready for a charcuterie board.
Single sliced pack includes 3 ounces of thinly sliced salami and is ready to eat.
All our cured meat is shelf stable. Refrigeration is not required.
Warm Weather Shipping Update (May 1 – October 1, 2026) To maintain product quality during warmer months, any order containing sliced salami do not ship on Thursdays or Fridays to prevent weekend delays.
